Start with the base of the cake. Mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar. Then blend in the butter.

Divide your dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each one into the same size and bake them for 8-10 minutes at 345°F.

Next, make the cream. Blend your vanilla pudding, butter and lemon juice together

Start assembling the cake. Spread cream between the cake layers and place them on top of each other.

Finally, make the glaze for the top of the cake. Mix together the powdered sugar, water and lemon juice, then pour it over the top. After the glaze has set, you can slice up your cake and serve it!
