Ingredients

½ lb elbow macaroni
Finely chopped, gently roasted bacon
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated smoked cheese
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter

Steps

Step 1
Mac ‘n’ Cheese recipe: Preparing the Mac ‘n’ Cheese is simple. First, melt the butter in a hot pan.
Step 2
Add flour.
Step 3
Add milk in small portions.
Step 4
Add grated cheese, cheddar and smoked cheese. Wait until the cheese melt.
Step 5
Combine cheese with the previously cooked macaroni.
Step 6
Serve with chopped, roasted bacon.
