Mirror Glaze Cake recipe: Preparing the Mirror Glaze Cake is simple! First, cream softened margarine with sugar with the help of a hand blender.
Add eggs one by one while continuously stirring.
Mix flour and baking powder, then add to the dough with milk.
Spread ⅔ part of the dough in a cake pan, then combine the rest of the dough with hazelnut cream. Add on top of the dough.
Put the pitted sour cherries on top of the dough. Put in the oven and bake at 340 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
Beat the cream until foamy, then gently combine with curd and vanilla sugar.
Add on top of the cake.
For the glaze, boil clear glaze with sour cherry juice, then add on top of the cake. Let it stiffen and decorate with sour cherries.
