Firstly, mix together the ground almonds with the powdered sugar.

Add the egg and the juice and zest of one lemon to it and combine everything well.

Divide the almond mixture into three equal parts.

Make three different types of almond mixtures. Add the cocoa powder to one of them and the ground pistachios to another.

Add ground almonds to the third.

Then form the balls! Create a small ball out of the pistachio mixture, then cover it in a layer of the cocoa powder mixture, creating a larger ball.

Create a sheet out of the almond flavoured mixture, and cover the ball with it. Do this as many times until you run out of ingredients!

Finally, dip the balls in melted dark chocolate. Then place them on a sheet of baking paper and allow them to solidify.
