Ingredients

For the dough:
½ lb butter
7 oz sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
4 eggs
½ lb flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
½ lb ground hazelnuts
½ cup milk
For the top:
Melted chocolate

Steps

Step 1
Nut Cake recipe: Preparing the Nut Cake is simple! First, cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Add eggs to the cream one by one.
Step 3
Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
Step 4
Next, carefully add nuts, milk and flour to the cream.

-Spread the mixture in a buttered pan, level evenly, then bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
Step 5
Let it cool down after baking, then add melted chocolate on top. Sprinkle with ground hazelnuts and you’re ready to serve!
