Crumble or grind the Oreo biscuits in a larger bowl. 
Mix the Oreos with 4 tbsp of melted butter. Then place the Oreo mixture in a smaller baking tin (about 16cm) evenly spreading them out. Place it aside. 
Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla aroma and powdered sugar until it is smooth and creamy. Whip up the cream, then continuously add tablespoons of the cream to the mascarpone mixture. Mix them well with the help of a hand mixer. 
Break and crumble about 4 Oreo biscuits into the mascarpone-cream mixture, stirring them in. 
Pour the mascarpone-cream mixture over the base of the cheesecake, spreading it evenly. 
Break a few more Oreos and place them on the top of your cake as decoration. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours. 
After it has rested for 3 hours, take it out of the cake pan and it’s ready for slicing and serving!
