Dice the basil and tomatoes into small pieces.
Add them into a large bowl. Mix them well and season with salt, pepper and the balsamic vinegar. Grate in the garlic.
Place the chicken breasts into a baking pan. Spread the bruschetta mixture on top of them.
Then place mozzarella on top of everything. Bake it for 45 minutes at 370°F.
