Mix together the minced meat with the chopped onion. Season it with salt.

Place a cherry tomato in the middle of a skewer. Then place two mozzarella balls on both sides of the tomato.

Cover the cherry tomato and mozzarella balls with the minced meat.

Cut up slices of the pizza dough and wrap them around the minced meat.

Brush the dough with the egg yolks, this way, while baking, they will turn crispy and golden.

Sprinkle thyme over the skewers. This will give it a scrumptious taste!

Bake them for 20 minutes at 190°C.

If you don’t have any dipping sauce for the skewers, make one quickly by yourself! Stir together the sour cream, the lemon juice, the olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and lots of parsley!

Now all you need to do is take out the skewers and plunge them into the dipping sauce before eating!
