To make the meatballs combine the minced beef, the chopped onion, the chopped parsley and the spices.
Make similar, smaller sized meatballs out of the mixture. Put them aside.
Boil your potatoes until they have softened. Cut them into thin slices and line a baking pan with them.
Place the meatballs over the potatoes.
In the gaps between the meatballs place slices of potatoes, so the meatballs are separated from each other.
Pour bechamel sauce over the meatballs and potatoes.
Sprinkle cheese on top, and in a preheated oven bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
