RECIPE

Ingredients

14 oz frozen peas
2 ½ cups chicken stock
1 garlic clove
¾ oz butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Steps

Step 1
Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, heat up butter in a pan and toast onions in it.
Step 2
Add peas and cook for a couple minutes.
Step 3
Add broth.
Step 4
Bring the soup to a boil, simmer until tender (about 15 minutes).
Step 5
Let it cool down and cream with a hand blender.
Step 6
Sóval fűszerezzük.
Step 7
Serve with parsley.
