Pear Preserves recipe: Preparing the Pear Preserves is easy! First, put a pot of water on heat, add sugar and cinnamon. Let it cool down completely after it boiled.
Wash, peel and cut healthy and intact pears, then remove the core. Put them in citric acid and water to prevent browning while the mixture cools down.
When the mixture is cooled down, put the pears in sterilized jars and add as much of the liquid as necessary! Then cover the jar with foil and seal it well.
Put the jars in a pot separated with a dishcloth to prevent collision. Add water to the pot to cover ¾ part of the jars. Bring it to a boil, then cook for another 25 minutes after boiling. Let it cool down completely in the water.
