Mix together the dry ingredients.

Blend in the butter, honey and egg to create your dough.

Divide the cake dough into three equal parts and roll them out so that they’re the size of your baking pan.

For the filling, mix together the plum jam with the milk. Then add all the other ingredients that go into it, until you have a smooth consistency.

Layer the cake, spreading the filling between the rolled out cake sheets. Then bake it for 25 minutes at 355°F.

Let it cool a little, then sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
