Ingredients

3 lbs potatoes
1 cup whipped cream
1 ⅓ cup milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
5 oz cooked ham
1 red pepper
7 oz cheese
3 oz breadcrumbs
7 oz peas
½ tsp thyme
3 tbsp olive oil

Steps

Step 1
Potato Casserole recipe: Preparing the Potato Casserole is easy! First, boil milk and cream together in a deeper bowl.
Step 2
Add nutmeg, peppers and salt.
Step 3
Add thinly sliced potatoes, then cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the diced red pepper, peas, then sprinkle with thyme. Stir thorough, then spread in a greased pan.
Step 5
Combine grated cheese with breadcrumbs and sprinkle on the potatoes.
Step 6
Then sprinkle with diced ham slices. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
