Ingredients

2 lbs grated potatoes
1 grated onion
1-2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp flour

Steps

Step 1
Potato pancakes recipe: Preparing the Potato pancakes is simple! First, grate the potatoes and onions after peeling them.
Step 2
Combine them in a bowl then add the eggs.
Step 3
Then season them with salt and add the flour.
Step 4
Combine thoroughly.
Step 5
Mold into about 4 inch wide rounded pieces and fry both sides in oil until golden.
