Ingredients

3 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp pepper
3 tsp salt
1 medium sized onion
2 tbsp lard
Sour cream (to taste)
7 fl oz water

Steps

Step 1
Potato pasta recipe: Preparing the Potato pasta is simple! First, peel, then dice the potatoes, put them in salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add water to a middle sized pot, then add salt, some oil and precook the pasta.
Step 3
Heat lard in a bigger pot, cook the onions in it until tender. Sprinkle with paprika powder.
Step 4
Add potatoes and 5-7 ounces of water.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper.
Step 6
Cook with the pasta.
Step 7
Serve with sour cream.
