Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them in half at the shorter side, then make thin slices with a vegetable shredder. When you are done, put your potato petals in a plate for now.
Put the butter into a casserole and put it into the microwave oven for 1-1,5 minutes until it turns into liquid. Use the prepared spices on the butter according to your taste. Mix it thoroughly then put it aside for a while.
Put two slices of bacon diagonally on top of each other on a cutting board. The more they cover each other in the middle, the more they can keep the roses together.
Take the potato petals and put them on the bacon, one after another in a way that the slices partially cover each other. Using a brush, grease the potato petals with the spicy butter. Then prepare a muffin tin.
After this, steadily roll up the potato petals with the bacon slices. Put the roses into the muffin tin. Grease its top with the remaining spicy butter and sprinkle a little salt on it.
Put them into a preheated oven, then bake them for 30-40 minutes at 440 degrees F, until the top of the roses becomes crispy.
When it’s done, let them cool a little, and now you can serve your “flowers”!
Good luck and have fun with the preparation!
