RECIPE

Ingredients

21 oz diced potatoes
Boil in plenty of water
1 small diced onion
1 chopped garlic clove
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp flour
Paprika powder (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Marjoram (to taste)
1 bay leaf
Sausage (to taste)
1 sliced carrot

Steps

Step 1
Preparing the potato soup is simple. First, mix in the flour in preheated oil.
Step 2
Braise the onions and garlic in it.
Step 3
Remove from heat, stir in the paprika.
Step 4
Put back on the stove, add the potatoes and pour enough water to fill up the pot.
Step 5
Season the soup with marjoram, pepper, bay leaf and salt.
Step 6
After about 5 minutes of cooking, add carrots and the sausage.
Step 7
Return the pot to low heat, cook until the potatoes are tender and fall apart.
