Combine the coconut cream, coconut milk, eggs and the pumpkin mash together.
Add the flour and dry ingredients as well, and with the help of a hand mixer, blend everything together.
Wet your hands a little before forming balls of cookie dough. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking parchment or a tray which is buttered.
Sprinkle almond slices over the tops of them.
Bake them for 20-25 minutes at 320°F. Let them cool for a bit, then they are ready to enjoy!
