RECIPE

Ingredients

5 oz rice
2 ⅓ cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium sized onion
1 garlic clove
1 ½ oz grated Parmesan
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
6 large mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme

Steps

Step 1
Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! Steam onions until they start showing color.
Step 2
Grate the garlic.
Step 3
Add rice and toast while stirring.
Step 4
Keep stirring, gradually add one ladle of broth to the rice.
Step 5
Season with salt.
Step 6
Add butter.
Step 7
Start toasting the mushrooms in a different pan, season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Step 8
When ready, combine with rice.
