Ingredients

14 oz rice
1 cup white wine
4 cups poultry broth
1 onion
3 oz butter
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of white pepper
2 oz Parmesan

Steps

Step 1
Risotto recipe: Preparing the Risotto is easy! First, melt the butter in a frying pan, then add onions and stew until translucent.
Step 2
Add rice and braise it.
Step 3
Add white wine, then cook on high heat until it vaporizes.
Step 4
Keep stirring and slowly add the broth.
Step 5
Season it with salt, pepper and cook for 18-20 minutes. Keep stirring the rice.
Step 6
Remove from heat, add the leftover butter and grated cheese.
