Chop the leek into small slices and heat in a hot pan. 
Add the sour cream and the spices. Stir well and continue cooking. 
Spread the sour cream and leek sauce on a round sheet of pizza dough. Lay the slices of salmon on it. 
Sprinkle with cheese, then place another layer of pizza dough on top. 
Now comes the creative part! Cut lines into the dough, starting from the outer ring moving towards the center. These lines should form the shape of a star. Each line should have a parallel line running next to it, the width of the two should be about 2cm. 
Roll the 2cm slices up gently and place them in the center of the dough. 
Press a fork down on the edges of the dough to give it a pattern. Squish together the edges, this is how you get your fish fins. 
Push together the dough (that is between the fins and the center) with the help of two wooden spoons, to make it more slim.. 
Cut off the end of a straw and use it to make fish scales by pressing it down on the dough. 
Splash the egg yolk over the top, and put it in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180°C. Eat while it’s still warm and the cheese is gooey!
