Make the dough by crumbling the butter into the flour. Add the whipping cream and eggs to it as well.

Create a ball of dough out of it and roll it out so that it’s about 1.5 cm thick. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

After it has rested, apply an egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds over it and cut it up into small cubes. Place the cubes on a baking pan and bake them for 25 minutes at 355°F.

Let them cool a bit after taking them out. But they are best when they’re still hot!
