RECIPE

Ingredients

1 lb potatoes
½ lb flour
7 oz bacon
7 oz sheep curd
1 egg
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp salt

Steps

Step 1
Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, peel and grate the potatoes.
Step 2
Combine flour, eggs and salt.
Step 3
Knead with water thorough.
Step 4
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add noodles bit by bit with a noodle chopper.
Step 5
When elevated, get the noodles with a kitchen skimmer.
Step 6
Toast bacon until it starts to render.
Step 7
Add sheep curd.
Step 8
Season with garlic.
Step 9
Add strapachka and let the flavors mix.
