To create the cake dough, combine the powdered sugar, the salt, the vanilla sugar and the butter.
Mold the dough into a ball and wrap with cling foil before placing it in the fridge to rest for 1 hour.
For the filling, mix together the ground walnuts and the apricot jam.
Take out the dough from the fridge and form small biscuits out of them, creating small indents in their centers.
Add some filling to each indent.
Bake them for 10 minutes at 355°F.
Pour some melted chocolate over them before serving!
