For the dough, combine the butter with the sugar until fluffy.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, then add it into the sugary butter.
Pour the batter into a baking tin and place plum slices on top of it.
For the top, mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar, the cinnamon and the egg.
Pour the sour cream mixture on top of the cake and bake it for 45 minutes at 355°F.
