Start off with the pancakes. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add the milk while stirring the batter continuously.

Add the 4 eggs and the vanilla sugar to the pancake batter. Stir well.

Cook the pancakes in a hot frying pan.

Move onto the cream. In a large bowl mix together the mascarpone, the powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar.

While mixing continuously, start adding the whipping cream. Mix until it has turned into whipped cream.

Cover a cake pan with a few pancakes, making sure the bottom of the pan is completely covered. The pancakes should hang out from the edges of the cake pan.

Spread some cream over the pancakes, then cut up some strawberries and sprinkle them over the cream. Then place another pancake over the cream, and redo this until you run out of ingredients.

Fold the pancakes, that were hanging over the cake pan’s edges, over the top of the cake. If it doesn’t cover the cake, we can add a plus pancake so the top is fully covered.

Cut up the cake and serve! You can sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar on top of the cake.
