Start by making the base of the cake. Mix all the ingredients together to create a ball of dough. Cut a quarter of the dough off and place it in your freezer until you need to use it. Place the remaining dough into the fridge for 2 hours.
After the 2 hours have passed, roll out the dough and place it in your baking tray that has already been lined with baking paper. Bake for 8 minutes at 355°F.
Move onto the cream. Mix the corn starch together with the powdered sugar. While you are whipping up your egg whites, you can add the dry ingredients in slowly.
Take out the half-ready base and spread the whipped up egg whites over it and then scatter strawberries on top.
Take out the quarter of the leftover dough from the freezer and grate it on top of the strawberries. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 355°F.
After taking it out of the oven you can cut it up and sprinkle sugar on top.
