Ingredients

2 ½ lbs strawberries
¾ oz gelling agent 2:1
1 lb sugar

Steps

Step 1
Strawberry Jam recipe: Preparing the Strawberry Jam is simple! First, make sure you’re using healthy, undamaged and carefully washed strawberries! Cut them into small pieces and blend them with a blender.
Step 2
Put in a pot. Add sugar and gelatin agent.
Step 3
Bring it to a boil, and keep cooking for 3 more minutes! It’s important to stir continuously, because it can be ruined easily because of the sugar!
Step 4
Remove from heat, add to sterilized, washed jars.
Step 5
Seal the jars carefully and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
