Put the potatoes into an oven pan, then add salt, pepper and olive oil on it, and put it into the preheated oven for 1 hour at 350°F.

Now cut deep into the middle of the potatoes and spoon out their interior, then put aside the rest.

Add the bacon, the cheddar cheese, the green onion, the sour cream and the milk to the potatoes and mix them.

Fill up the outside of the potatoes with the complete mix, then sprinkle cheese and bacon on them, and finally put them back into the oven for 25 minutes at 350°F.

When it’s done, let it cool for 15 minutes, and now you can serve them.
