RECIPE

Ingredients

1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
olive oil
2 sliced garlic cloves
1 pinch of paprika
1 1/2 tsp cumin
17 2/3 oz minced beef
1 cup beef stock
taco shells
Salsa:
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
2 tbsp fresh coriander
1/2 lime juice
Guacamole:
2 avocados
1/2 lime juice
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp salt, pepper

Steps

Step 1
Tacos recipe: Preparing Tacos is easy! Heat oil in a pan, put the chopped onions and diced peppers in it and braise them.
Step 2
Add beef, garlic, cumin, and paprika to the pan and cook until browning.
Step 3
Add beef stock and cook it for 45 minutes.
Step 4
Fold the taco shell in half, place it on an oven pan and bake for 3-4 minutes. Fill the taco shell with meat and grated cheese.
Step 5
On top of the cheese, put salsa and guacamole, then finish it with another cheese layer.
