Marinate the chicken thighs in teriyaki sauce. Let it absorb all the flavour for at least 30 minutes and put it in the fridge. 
After cooking the chow mein noodles, fry them in a bigger pan and put them aside. 
Cook the chicken in the same pan, then put it aside as well. 
Chop up the onion and the carrot, start cooking them in the same pan. 
Chop up the cabbage and add it to the vegetables as well as the broccoli. Season it with salt and pepper, and let it wilt. 
Now all you have to do is stir in the chicken and noodles! Serve while it’s still hot!
