Start by making the cream. Warm together the milk, butter, powdered sugar and flour, until it’s creamy then let it cool.
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and sugar in a separate bowl.
Add the butter, honey, egg and milk to the flour mixture and form a ball of dough out of it.
Separate the dough into 2 equal parts and roll them out. Bake them for 8 minutes at 355°F.
Place one of the baked cake layers on the bottom of your baking pan. Spread half of the cream on top of it, then place ladyfingers on top of the cream.
Mix the rum with the milk and drizzle it over the ladyfingers.
Then spread the other half of the cream on top before placing the second cake layer on it.
Move onto the chocolate glaze. Melt the powdered sugar and cocoa powder in water. After taking it off the heat, mix in the butter as well.
Pour the glaze over the top of your cake and let it solidify. Then it’s all ready to slice up and serve!
