Valentine’s Day Mini Ombré Cake recipe: Preparing the Valentine’s Day Mini Ombré Cake is simple! First, whip egg whites with sugar until thick.
Mix with yolks.
Carefully add the flour.
Divide the mixture into thirds. Bake the first third in a buttered and floured pan at 360 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of food coloring to the second third. Put in a buttered and floured pan and bake at 360 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of food coloring to the third part. Just like before, put in a buttered and floured pan and bake at 360 degrees F for 15 minutes
Beat the cream.
Combine mascarpone, vanilla flavoring and powdered sugar.
Add to whipped cream.
Put the cream in a pastry bag.
Cut all three thirds of the dough into pieces with a round cookie cutter.
Start layering the cake. Put the darkest layer at the bottom, followed by the cream.
Next, add the pink dough layer with cream on top.
Finally, add the yellow dough with cream on top.
Decorate the cake with chocolate slices.
