Start off by making the base of the cream. Warm together the milk, sugar, 3 egg yolks and the cornstarch. Allow it to thicken, while stirring it.
Mix together the yoghurt with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and then mix in the egg base, which should have cooled down a little!
After everything is combined well, add the packet of gelatin to the mixture. Separate 2-3 tbsp of the mixture in a small bowl, which will go on the top of the dessert.
Break the lady fingers into smaller pieces and mix them into the cream. Place it aside.
Place an array of buttery biscuits on the bottom of your baking tin, then pour the cream over it.
Place a layer of buttery biscuits on top of the filling.
Pour the 2-3 tbsp of cream on top, which was in a separate bowl. Then let it rest in the fridge overnight.
It’s ready to slice and serve the next day!
