Start by making the base. Mix together the dry ingredients, then add the chestnut purée and a bit of rice milk, to create a dough.
Press it down evenly in a 16 cm cake pan and place it aside.
Mix together the whipping cream with the cocoa powder and sour cherry juice. Then whip up the cream.
Spread the cream evenly on top of the cake base. Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours.
Decorate it with sour cherries and sprinkle cocoa powder over it!
Slice it up and serve!
