Start the cake by blending together the dates and walnuts to create the base of your cake. Press and flatten it on the bottom of your cake pan and put it aside.

Cut the avocados and spoon out their insides putting them in a bowl.

Add the coconut oil and erythritol to it. Then use a hand blender to blend it all together.

Add the cocoa powder to it as well, stir it in thoroughly. Spread the avocado cream evenly on top of the cake base. Let it rest in the fridge.

Decorate your cake with vegan whipped cream and vegan chocolate shavings. Then it will be ready to slice and serve!
