Dice up your vegetables. Turn on medium heat under a pan and throw in all the vegetables. Cook them until they wilt.
After they have wilted, pour the soy sauce over it and stir well.
Flavour the vegetable mix with the salt and pepper, according to taste.
Spoon some of the vegetable mix in one of the corners of the strudel pastry. Roll it up until you reach the middle of the pastry.
Fold the left and right sides of the pastry into the middle, and continue rolling it up tightly.
Sprinkle a bit of water over the last corner of the pastry before rolling it up. Water helps the pastry stick together.
Fry them in the oil, until golden and crispy.
After taking them out, let the oil drip off. Serve while they’re still warm!
