Start off by whipping up the egg whites with the sugar until they form stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and ground walnuts. Fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spoon out the egg whites onto it. Bake it for 25 minutes at 355°F, then let it cool.
Move onto the cream. Mix together the egg yolks, vanilla sugar, sugar and water over low heat. After it has thickened you can take it off the heat and let it cool.
Start whipping up the cream, then continuously stir in the egg yolk cream. When finished, place the cream in the fridge.
When the walnut sponge has cooled down, spread hazelnut cream over it. Then line biscuits on the hazelnut spread, which have been soaked in coffee beforehand.
Then spread the cream on top of it.
Melt your dark chocolate and drizzle it over your cake.
