Ingredients

1 zucchini
Tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
To garnish:
Cherry tomatoes
Herbs
Mozzarella

Steps

Step 1
Wash the zucchini.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise. Make sure to cut exactly in the middle to prevent leaning on its side while baking.
Step 3
Spread the tomato sauce on the zucchini evenly according to taste.
Step 4
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top of the zucchinis.
Step 5
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and lay them in the middle. Slice the mozzarella, too and add it between the tomato slices. Season with dried oregano.
Step 6
Place the zucchinis on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 480 degrees F for 15-20 mins until the cheese melts on top.
Step 7
Leave it to cool for a few minutes then serve!
