Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, add yeast to 7 oz warm water.
Add three teaspoons of flour and stir until homogeneous.
Let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Dissolve salt in 7 oz water.
Make a hole in the flour and pour the yeast and salted water.
Add the rest of the water.
Knead for 20 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
Put the risen dough in a heat resistant bowl greased with oil.
Cut stripes on top and brush with water.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F, bake for 50 minutes.
Brush the bread with water when finished..
