First take a bowl and mix the minced meat with the bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper then roll some balls and fry them in a pan.
Cut the baguette into four parts and remove the insides.
Take two slices of cheese and roll two meatballs into them.
Then stuff the rolls into the baguettes.
Cut the top of the baguettes.
Melt the butter, put some garlic and parsley in it and spread it on top of the baguettes.
Bake for 5 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F).
