If you don’t have any schnitzel make it yourself. Coat the seasoned chicken breasts in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Fry the slices of chicken in hot oil.
Cut up a baguette into 3 thirds. Take out the inside of the bread.
Wrap the slices of schnitzel into slices of Mozzarella. Then slip them into the holes of the baguettes.
Place the baguettes on a baking tray which is lined with aluminium foil, then cut it up into thin slices.
Make the garlic butter next. Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley and the parmesan into the melted butter. Then pour this butter over the baguette.
Fold the aluminium foil over the baguette and cover it up, before putting it in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
Serve while it’s still hot!
