First cut the top off the buns and claw out the insides.
Put the buns on a baking tray.
Put an egg in each bun.
Put some salt and pepper on it, then cover the middle and the sides with cheese.
Then put another egg into each bun.
Scatter some parsley on top and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 15 minutes with tinfoil on top, then keep baking it without foil until it’s golden brown.
Wait for it to cool before serving!
