Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, combine flour with butter/margarine at room temperature.
Add the rest of the ingredients and knead until the dough holds its shape.
Cover in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Flatten on a slightly floured surface and cut with a cutter.
Poke holes in the middle of the rings.
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F, place the rings in a pan lined with parchment and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let it cool down and get stiff at room temperature.
Melt the chocolate and dip the lower side of the rings, let them dry.
