Cut the vegetables into thin slices.
Cut the pastry into thin slices as well. Lay one of the slices on top of the others and save one for later. That’d be the other side of the pie.
Separate the stripes.
First put a stripe of zucchini on the pastry and fold every other stripe over the zucchini. Once you’re done with that fold the rest over the vegetable.
Repeat this process for all vegetables.
Once you’re done it should look something like this.
Put some ham and cheese on the other sheet of pastry.
Carefully put the braided layer on top of it.
Push the sides together, so it won’t open during baking.
Spread egg yolk on top and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Let it cool down.
