Dice the fruits, combine them with water and cinnamon, cook until tender.

Whip up the egg whites until stiff.

Beat the yolks together with the sugar until foamy.

Add vanilla flavouring and mascarpone.

Carefully add whipped egg whites.

Break the ladyfingers in half and dip them in apple sauce.

Start layering. First, put the ladyfingers at the bottom of your cups or glasses.

Followed by a layer of fruit.

Spread the cream on top.

Continue layering using the same technique until our bowl is full.

-Decorate with fruits.
