Ingredients

½ white cabbage
2 tbsp salt
2 tsp pepper
⅔ cup water
3 tbsp oil
4 tbsp herb vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp caraway

Steps

Step 1
Cabbage salad recipe: making the Cabbage salad is simple! First, grate the cabbage.
Step 2
Add salt, stir thorough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water.
Step 3
Combine water, oil, herb vinegar, sugar and caraway in a different bowl and add to the cabbage. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
