3 bread rolls
2 eggs
7 fl oz milk
Parsley
6 oz flour
1 tsp salt
1 measuring spoon pepper

Preparing bread dumplings is simple. First, dice the bread rolls.

Combine the eggs with milk.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add flour and stir until smooth.
Step 5
Add parsley.
Step 6
Add fried bread rolls.

Form balls from the dollop and cook in boiling water.
