Start off with the pie crust. Mix together the flour, the powdered sugar and the salt. 
Add the butter and mix it into the flour. 
Add the eggs as well, and you can start adding the water in small amounts. You only need as much water for the dough to stand together. Don’t over-kneed it. 
Roll out the dough and place it into a pie tin. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. 
Press a fork into the dough, so while you’re baking the crust, the air will be able to escape. Bake it for 15 minutes at 180°C. 
For the filling, combine the flour, the white sugar, the melted butter, the eggs and melted chocolate. Mix well, until you get a dense, but liquid texture. 
Cut up the banana into thin slices and place them on the bottom of the crust. Then pour the chocolate mixture over it. 
Make sure that the chocolate mixture is evenly spread, this will be important later on. 
Bake it for 20 minutes at 180°C. 
Break up the blocks of white, milk and dark chocolate. Arrange them in a checkered pattern on top of the pie. Then bake it for a further 2 minutes, allowing the chocolate to melt. 
After taking the pie out of the oven, cut it up into slices and you can serve already!
