These delicious and creamy desserts will be the perfect way to cool down on a hot day. Our Chocolate and Coffee Panna Cotta is guaranteed to become your new favourite treat!
Break the dark chocolate into a pot then pour in the whipping cream.
Then pour in the cane sugar and the espresso, stirring everything together begin to heat it.
In another pot, heat some water and add the gelatin to it. Then add it to the chocolate cream.
Bring the mixture to a boil on low heat, then continuously stir it for 3 minutes.
Ladle the cream into small ramekins (any sort of heatproof forms will do if you rub a bit of coconut oil on their sides).
Place the ramekins into the fridge and let them set.
After the Panna Cottas have set, just turn them upside down and let them drop out. Serve with chocolate shavings!
